Read minutes. Went over financial. Discussed renewing mutual aid agreements.

Flatwoods: Chief’s Seminar - JT said just hold off for right now, we were trying to work this out local.

Fire Commission advised not to do away with our primary radio system, digital is for emergencies and big disaster problems. Roger will send letter to MCRS about responding with structure fire. Discuss call in Fairview territory.

Passed out list of proposed Fire School classes.

Co. 13 requesting Association send a letter to 911 Center concerning 2nd due department to 5 to 6 minutes. Co. 8 made motion, seconded by Co. 1.

Gun Bash - Tom Shroyer - April 12th at 2:30 p.m. - $20.00

Tree down being changed to public service call.

Letter to say just a tree PSC if lines, house, car emergency call. Motion by Co. 10, seconded by Co. 1.

EMS calls should be life threatening or delayed ambulance (tabled).

Raymond of Co. 15 having problems with his radios and programming.

Fire Commission June 13th - Fairfield.

Valley Tuesday 26th - 7 p.m. - sales pitch on investment of department monies. Meeting adjourned.
